TJ Schier

Like you, leadership and training expert and long-time franchise owner, TJ Schier has walked many miles in operators and owners’ shoes. With over 35 years of operations, recruiting and training leadership, including the last 15 in-the-trenches owning his own franchised business, his view is radically different…and works. TJ has cracked the code on what it takes to ignite a team of top performers focused on delivering amazing service as well as generate system-leading catering sales.

TJ is the President/Founder of Incentivize Solutions, a leading consulting company focused on impacting their clients’ results through delivering keynotes, workshops, customized training and virtual coaching.

In addition, he is a Which Wich Superior Sandwiches franchisee – at one point running 17 successful restaurants in a hyper-competitive field and leading the catering sales for many years in the brand. His group won the QSR Magazine Applied Technology Award and Which Wich Franchisee of the Year and has been a finalist for the National Restaurant Assn Operator Innovations Award.

Samuel D. Stanovich – Stanovich Hospitality Group

Samuel, also known as the International People Connector, has been involved with the hospitality industry over two decades. He has developed expertise in strategic sales & marketing. Samuel primarily works on the leadership and development as Area Representative for Firehouse Subs responsible for Northern Illinois and Northwest Indiana. Before assuming his current position, Samuel was Director Partner Product Development & Industry Relations, National Restaurant Association including the support of the National Restaurant Association Military Foundation. Samuel’s past experiences include: President & CEO of the Heritage Corridor Convention and Visitors Bureau, in addition, he is a 12-year veteran of Marriott International.

Samuel holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and associate’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Johnson and Wales University.


Samuel volunteers his efforts to include: Advisory Board Member of the Illinois Restaurant Association, member of Les Amis d’Escoffier Society; and strategic adviser to Baci Hospitality.

Samuel frequently presents at international industry events and really enjoys presenting as guest lecture to local hospitality programs.
